What You Will Get Out of This Position
As a member of Client Services team:
You will be the ambassador of ITC to promote the ITC brand to companies ranging from Startups to Fortune 500
Your work and action will have a direct strategic impact on the performance of the company
You will work with the most influential minds in the digital world besides interacting with the entire Consulting and Strategy department of ITC

Your role will be a perfect mix of a cycle: researching - lead generating - client developing - managing
Attract new business opportunities: Make outbound communications to prospective customers in order to plan meetings for the managing team. Attend networking events, connect with people and act as an ambassador of IT Consultis. Attend and assist project qualification meetings, pitch meetings, and negotiation meetings with summaries.
Lead generation: Create and brainstorm sessions for building proposals to win opportunities. Participate in the creation of presentations and other content aimed at converting cold and hot leads. Assist in strategic planning and implementation of lead generation activities. Perform analysis in raising trends and potential market opportunities in APAC markets.
Marketing: Plan, develop and implement SEO and SEM activities. Constant engagement with link building, content strategy, keyword strategy. Create engaging content to be published on ITC's channels, such as blog posts, white papers, in-depth case studies, and more. Research, identify and contact influential websites and blogs to spread ITC's content. Monitor, track, and report such results on SERPs. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve search results for target keywords.
CRM & Report& Database: Take ownership of CRM activities and updates, conduct activities for better use of CRM for the entire Client team. Ensure the systems and processes are properly respected. Assist with weekly and monthly reports and present results, revenue detected, revenue signed, the competition, the market, market trends, etc. Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify areas of improvement that deliver the competitive advantage for ITC in terms of service offerings, scalability, simplicity, and cost. Manage internal database. Support with the presentation, translation.
Proficiency in English communication skills, marketing, mindset, and able to work in a multicultural team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor
Sense of urgency of business needs and can handle multi tasks
Work both independently and in a team to produce creative and innovative solutions to challenging business problems
Fast learner and can quickly act on emerging insights and trends
Bachelor in Business or any fields that related to the area of expertise
06 months internship duration and the chance to get hired as full-time
