Who will you report to: Michele, our Marketing Manager from Italy, with over 10 years of experience in China and 7 years in B2B Marketing


  • Minimum 4 years experience in managing SEO and SEM efforts

  • Experience managing PPC, CPA, and CPC campaigns on Adwords and Linkedin

  • Outstanding English capabilities to create content and lead copywriting activities

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Great capability to communicate all insights provided by data

  • Proficient with SEO reporting and analytical tools

  • Entrepreneurial spirit

  • Understanding of the digital industry

  • Hard worker


We are looking for a senior SEO/SEM executive to join the ITC Marketing Team to lead the planning, implementation and analysis of SEM and SEO. You will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing our SEO and Paid Advertising activities across media, creative and digital experiences to drive results and innovation. You thrive on challenges, and you are not afraid to try new things, going from experiment to experiment with and analytical approach and enthusiasm. Your position will play a pivotal role in driving our growth in the APAC region.

  • Generate leads, real qualified ones

  • Plan, develop and implement SEO and SEM activities

  • Constant engagement in link building, content strategy, keyword strategy

  • Create engaging content to be published on ITC’s channels, such as blog posts, whitepapers, in-depth case studies, and more

  • Research, identify and contact influential websites and blogs to spread ITC’s content

  • Monitor, track and report search results on SERPs

  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve search results for target keywords

  • Manage SEM, PPC campaigns across multiple channels, including competitors research, keyword research, copywriting, bid strategy, reporting

  • Run, manage and optimise A/B &/or multivariate tests.
