Responsibilities

  • Post job and maintain the job board

  • Screen candidates and arrange interview

  • Manage and expand candidates database

  • Manage the information and recruitment data in tools, systems

  • Assist in the implementation of new process and recruitment platforms

  • Participate in preparing and executing Job Fair/Career Booth

  • Attend conferences or seminars

  • Contact and keep connections with partners, universities in China

  • Offer letter drafting and sending out

  • Generate recruitment report under guidance

Requirements

  • Have logical thinking and proactive problem solving approach

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Be accountable for the results and quality delivered

  • Non-stop effort for learning & being ambitious

  • A hard worker - there are no secrets to success

  • Knowledge or experience in HR and Recruitment is an advantage

  • Native Chinese speaker and excellent English communication

  • Any additional language is a plus

  • Internship period at least 03 months
