  • Work with the management team and the freelancer recruiter for ITC global recruitment including: China-Vietnam and other markets

  • Bring A player only to ITC 

  • Be the main contact for hiring requests, validation process, and execution with minimum supervision from line manager

  • Build the best communication with hiring requesters to follow the business needs in time

  • Secure the expand ITC candidate pool with the best efficiency to close the needs

  • Manage the feedback on recruitment efficiency and generate solutions

  • Clean, launch, manage the best tools for recruitment

  • Brand ITC as the employer for talent attracting, know where we are in the industry and IT community in Asia

  • Keep up the speed to align with the changes from business to not let the recruitment behind


Must have

  • Your passion and dedication in helping talents find their dream job

  • Knowledge or  experience in IT industry and with international environment

  • Being able to understand the cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding 

  • Being able to understanding selection methods and techniques

  • Proficiency in the use of social medias

  • Excellent English (verbal and written)

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills

  • Warrior spirit, willing to learn, and non-stop improving efforts

  • Working under high pressure. Excellent time management skill

  • Business mindset “client first”. 

Nice to have

  • Any additional languages spoken  is a plus (especially French/Chinese)

  • Additional knowledge in marketing, SEO, social page management

  • Technical experience  or knowledge in Digital, Website development

  • China, Singapore and other Asia market understanding and network
