About the project:

This is a mobile platform leveraging AI personalization algorithms to connect the next generation of creators with their future collectors around the world. Creators and collectors match, build relationships, and can buy & sell directly. 

Requirements:

Must have:

  • Experience in managing and communicating at senior and executive levels;
  • Experience in managing large scale projects in one or more of the following solutions: E-commerce platform; Web development; Systems Integration; CRM software;
  • Ability to engage and partner with the customer and internal staff as required
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team with different time zones and remotely
  • Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required
  • Good knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, DevOps ;
  • A huge taste in all Web Design trends! UX, UI, Responsive;
  • Ability to write UAT;
  • At least 02 years of experience as Account Manager;
  • At least 06  years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Supervisor or Senior Business Analyst;
  • Great level of English; Excellent communication skills and writing skills.
  • Strong leadership skills

Nice to have:

  • Open Source technical background preferred; 
  • Understanding of some if not all: Laravel, ReactJS, React Native, Javascript, HTML/CSS, Objective-C/Swift, Java/Kotlin, will be a huge plus;
  • Project Management methodologies understanding: Agile, Waterfall or tailor made;
  • Additional language (French, Chinese…);
  • UI/UX understanding and vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing proper strategy on digital projects in the initial demand analysis
  • Executing complex integrated schedules with diverse priorities to ensure launching projects successfully
  • Completing progress and other required reports to ensure accurate and timely effort reporting

  •  Leadership responsibility to project management team
  •  Estimate project workload and schedule
  •  Negotiate changes
