[Shanghai - Internship]

What You Will Get Out of This Position
You will work with some of the most influential minds in the digital world, coordinating internal and external communication. You will learn how to drive communication in the fastest evolving industry and create materials and content that matter. You will learn about open source technologies, company procedures, and how to market a message to companies or other employees. Your mentor: Michele, our Marketing Manager from Italy, with over 6 years of experience in B2B and Digital Marketing, will teach you and guide you throughout the whole journey
To create compelling content to generate more leads, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and more
To keep track of digital marketing and B2B and B2C digital marketing trends in China and abroad
To provide Chinese-English Translations
To assist in the presentation of marketing team KPIs and recommendations
To support the Sales team building compelling decks and presentations
To assist in internal presentations and internal marketing activities
To assist with the organization of external events and activities
To manage relationship with existing clients and partners
To engage with mail marketing (e.g. internal / external newsletter) activities
To engage with design works for company (e.g. company flyers, client presentations)
To support marketing team in daily administrative tasks
Must be Fluent in English and will ideally know some Chinese
Strong writing skills, experience with blogging and social media
Preferred to have experience and degree in marketing or any business-related field
Clear communication and interpersonal skills to build business relationships with clients and team members
Presentation and negotiation skills, being consultative and analytical with data-driven approach
Passionate, willing to take challenge and try different things, comfortable to work in ambiguities, passionate to make things happen
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
Preferred with more than two-month duration
Nice to have:
Any additional language is a plus
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Knowledge of SEO
Knowledge of Mailchimp
Knowledge of Trello, Markdown, Keynote, PPT
Keeping Track of the latest web and design trends.
Eager to learn.
