Responsibilities
This position can happen remotely and is a part time one. Hours will be flexible and location does not matter much. Service fee and bonus is opened for discussion.
Find the best talents at the best price to bring the best ROI to ITC and to its clients
Participate and implement recruitment based on the business requests
Find the database of qualified candidates according to the job requirement
Work with the HR/AD Director to review, select qualified applicants and organize test, interview
Manage the communication and discussion with candidate throughout the recruitment process
Participate in the offer and negotiation step as assignment
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of the need to be ready to fill all hiring request in time
Research, recommend the approach, channels to bring the best efficiency
Research, propose and/or attend the career fairs, recruitment events for recruitment purposes
Requirements
Must have
Have at least 03 years experience in Digital Recruitment
Good understanding of the industry, job requirements, and the technical competency
Have an active and updated database, and network with candidates in Vietnam, China and other countries
Experience in outsourcing services or recruitment agency is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation skills. Hard work and result oriented
Good English
Nice to have
Experience with related positions: Web Developer, Mobile Developer, PM, QA/QC, Designer
Knowledge in web, e-commerce, digital
Chinese speaking is a big plus
