As Business Developer, you will play a key role within ITC Organization.
You will be the ambassador of ITC in Singapore to promote ITC business to companies ranging from Startups to Fortune 500.
Your work and action will have a direct strategic impact on the performance of the company.
You will ensure the client's’ scope are well detailed, consulting with them on improving them, to estimate the duration of each task in the most accurate way.

3+ years in Sales/Business Development in an international context
Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing)
Deep understanding South East Asian Digital Markets & Clients
Experience in digital industry
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a positive demeanour
Sense of urgency of business needs and can handle multiple tasks
Able to work both independently and in a team to produce creative and innovative solutions to challenging business problems
Able to work in an agile, fast-paced environment and support multiple team members
Self-disciplined in filling up the Customer Relationship Management tools
Organised and data-driven to run the Client Development activities
Nice to have
Any additional language is a plus
Existing network in Singapore
External Business Development:
Creating new opportunities for the company in order to generate leads via multiple channels including networking and personal connection to promote ITC business
Build long term and trusted relationships with leads, clients, partner agencies and prospective partner agencies.
Support Business Development team by accompanying to presales and scoping meetings
Responsible for gathering client’s needs and key objectives of their projects
Negotiation of projects with key clients
Responsible for writing clear description of the scope of work
Bonus: Be a speaker at events and conferences to elevate ITC’s brand
Help qualify leads coming from ITC’s different acquisition channels
Participate in the proposal presentation to the client
Internal Resources Management:
Get architecture recommendations from CTO and senior team-members and participate in the decision process
Be fully compliant with the IT Consultis sales playbook requirements
Ensure delivery of the proposals in time
Constant and proactive communication with development team, marketing team and sales team to ensure crystal clear messages on each party
Get cost approval from management: Project Director and Chief Operating Officer
Calculate risks related to each project
Daily reporting to Chief Operating Officer and Vice President
Support PM to start the project in the right way, organize kick- off workshops with Project Managers
Liaising with Marketing team to create personalized pitches
