WHAT YOU WILL GET OUT OF THIS POSITION
As a Business Developer, you will play a key role within the ITC Organization.
You will be the ambassador of ITC business to companies ranging from Startups to Fortune 500.
Your work and action will have a direct strategic impact on the performance of the company.
You will ensure the client's’ scope is well detailed, consulting with them on improving them, to estimate the duration of each task in the most accurate way.

Actively calling and emailing potential clients (Direct clients, Agencies)
Enlarging ITC network and influence by going to networking event, conferences and act as an ambassador of IT Consultis
Working with Marketing to help better target key prospects
Engage existing contacts to understand their roadmaps and potential opportunities
Share related news and business case studies to keep the network active
Use personal connections to promote IT Consultis business
Act as a consultant for gathering clients' needs and key objectives of their projects
Keep long term relationship with current and prospective clients by re-contacting them at strategic moments
Creation of ITC content with blog posts, copywriting, and other content aimed at generating and converting leads
Act as ITC ambassador on social medias
Optional: Be a speaker at ITC events
To assist with the organization of external events and activities
Other marketing and lead generation activities
3+ years in Sales/Business Development in an international context
Proficiency in English & Chinese (both speaking and writing)
Deep understanding China Digital Market & Clients
Experience in the digital industry and feature scope of the tools we use (Magento, Drupal, Laravel, Wordpress )
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor
Sense of urgency of business needs and can handle multiple tasks
Able to work both independently and in a team to produce creative and innovative solutions to challenging business problems
Able to work in an agile, fast-paced environment and support multiple team members
Being a challenger to client’s projects
Business logic understanding
Outstanding Communication skills
Feature scope of the tools we use (Websites, Applications))
Relationship building and ongoing management
Nice to have
Any additional language is a plus, especially Mandarin and French
