Pernod Ricard's e-commerce platform Drinks&Co has been improved by ITC to be community-oriented with a unique UX/UI, fitting the latest Chinese audience expectations. By using Magento, we created a seamless user experience and provided an efficient platform tailored to the Chinese market. On top of that, we delivered a cross-functional WeChat mini-program as a new touchpoint to kickstart Pernod Ricard's O2O strategy.

To support Leica’s expansion into China, we implemented Drupal 8 for their website, the first time for the iconic brand in China, and improved the entire site structure to create a smooth user experience. Furthermore, an evolutive CMS was also created to localize Leica's assets for the Chinese market.

To target their Chinese fans, we created a complete portal with WeChat integration. Powered by Laravel and a headless Drupal CMS, it provides API endpoints to a React front-end. The platform enables all collected customer data to be saved in Swatch CRM, allowing the brand to manage customer database with ease and have deeper understanding about them, therefore improving their offer.
