IT Consultis is a Shanghai based web development agency born in 2011. The structure was started by a group of young, motivated and dedicated entrepreneurs who wanted to make the ‘website owners’ club’ accessible to everyone at reasonable prices. Our team members come from France, the U.S.A, China, India and the rest of the world. They combine their diverse yet complementary skills, values and cultures to offer indispensable services to any company in today’s technology age.

Just like everyone, we don’t like late or uncommunicative people, nor do we like delayed projects. That’s why we will do everything we can to meet our deadlines.

Pricing
Every web development project is unique, like you and your organisation. So before we know your exact needs, it is for us to have an accurate price estimation without an accurate description of your needs.
The costs of a project will change depending on:
- What are the elements you can provide (logos, graphical chart, precise ideas of what you want)
- How complex the site is — special features, the number of templates, access to external data sources or content, etc.
- How complex the layout and design are
- The number of special features needed in the adminstration side of the site, and many other factors
- If you need an hosting
- If you need some extra services — Support, Search Engine Optimization, Consulting
